Our founders spent more than a decade designing, building, and delivering software for startups, SaaS companies, and enterprises across a wide range of industries. Through those years, we saw the same challenge repeatedly: businesses often had access to developers, but struggled to find a partner who could truly understand their goals, ask the right questions, and deliver software that created long-term value.
In 2021, we came together as TeamUnibrains with a shared vision of building an engineering-first company focused on quality, collaboration, and long-term partnerships. Since then, we've grown carefully by bringing together experienced engineers who share the same mindset - strong technical fundamentals, clear communication, and a commitment to building software that lasts.
